As a family with three children, we felt very comfortable. There were plenty of beds for all five of us, toys, furniture, and dishes for the little ones, and sparkling wine and great coffee for the adults. The property also had a playground and a lovely courtyard. Thanks to the great cafes and restaurants nearby, everything was incredibly easy with the kids.

  • Apartments and amenities

    Sleeping arrangements: How many people are the apartments suitable for? Our apartments are ideal for 2-5 people. There are two beds (160cm x 200cm) and an optional extra bed (90cm x 200cm). The beds are freshly made and ready for you to snuggle up in. Only Apartment 260 accommodates 4 people. Kitchen & Living Area: What amenities do the apartments offer? A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, high-quality furniture, and stylish decor. Only Apartment 260 does not have a dishwasher. Is there a living and dining area? The living room offers a modern dining area, a comfortable sofa bed, and a smart TV – ideal for relaxing. Bathroom & Comfort: What are the bathroom amenities? Modern and comfortable with a walk-in shower. Towels are provided for each guest. Outdoor Area: Are there any outdoor areas or courtyards? Yes, a lovingly designed courtyard with hammocks, seating, and board games is available exclusively for guests. Are there any terraces/balconies? Yes, apartments 259 and 260 have wonderful private terraces with great hanging chairs and patio furniture.

  • Location and surroundings

    Nearby attractions: Where exactly are the apartments located? Right in the heart of Berlin-Friedrichshain, between the Uber Arena, the East Side Gallery, and Ostbahnhof (East Train Station). Which attractions are within walking distance? The East Side Gallery, the Spree River promenade, the Oberbaum Bridge, Warschaer Straße, cafes, restaurants, clubs, and the Uber Arena for events. Shopping & Restaurants: Are there shops and restaurants nearby? Yes, numerous supermarkets, cafes, bars, and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The East Side Mall offers a huge selection of shops, and you can shop almost 24/7 at Ostbahnhof.

  • Parking and Arrival

    Parking: Are there parking spaces? Yes, but they do not belong to the property and cannot be booked through us. There are parking spaces directly on-site. Paid parking is available on the side streets. The Conti parking garage is right next door but a bit more expensive. You can park at the East Side Mall for a reasonable rate or at the Ostbahnhof (East Train Station). Public Transport: How do I get to the apartments by public transport? The Ostbahnhof is just a few minutes' walk away. From there, you can reach all the important places in Berlin by S-Bahn (suburban train) and U-Bahn (underground). Buses stop right outside on Mühlenstraße. How do I get to you from the airport? There is a direct connection from BER Airport to the Ostbahnhof. From there, it's just a few minutes' walk.   • Stay and booking

    Booking: How can I book? Booking directly through our website is the cheapest option; feel free to contact us for a discount. Bookings are also possible via Airbnb and Booking.com. After booking, you will receive immediate confirmation with all the details. Check-in/Check-out: What are the check-in/check-out times? Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. For earlier arrival or later departure, please contact me. Family-friendliness: Are the apartments family-friendly? Yes, perfect for families and small groups, even with several children. We love hosting families. Everything is provided, from a fully equipped crib and highchair to a baby bath, toys for little ones, and dishes.
