Booking conditions / House rules

By completing the booking, guests accept the following booking conditions and house rules as binding:

1. Occupancy

Overnight stays are permitted only for the number of people specified in the booking. Subletting or transferring the accommodation is not allowed.

2. Smoking & open flames

Smoking and open flames (e.g. candles, incense sticks) are strictly prohibited in the apartments.

3. Parties & Events

Parties, events or similar gatherings are not permitted in the apartments.

4. Behavior & Rest Periods

Quiet hours must be observed, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Consideration for other residents is required at all times.

5. Damages

The guest is liable for all damage to the accommodation and inventory caused by him or his fellow travelers.

6. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in and check-out take place at the agreed times.

7. Contract Termination

In case of violations of these booking conditions, we reserve the right to terminate the booking without notice. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund.
