Cancellation policy

Bookings made through our website can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the planned arrival.

For cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, cancellation fees of 50% of the total booking price will apply.

If the cancellation occurs after the planned arrival date or in case of no-show, 100% of the booking price will be charged.



The decisive factor for compliance with the deadline is the time of receipt of the cancellation by email.
